Getting started¶
Sparkth's Compose feature helps you turn an idea into a course. You describe the course to an AI assistant, optionally attach documents for it to draw on, and it builds the course for you in your LMS.
This guide is for instructors and administrators using Sparkth in the browser.
Find your way around¶
After you sign in, the sidebar on the left takes you everywhere:
| Sidebar entry | What it opens |
|---|---|
| Compose | The AI assistant that writes your course. Shown once Compose is turned on in Settings. |
| Resources | Files you have imported from an online drive for the assistant to use. |
| Settings | Turn features on and configure them. The Settings link in your user menu opens the same page. |
| AI Keys | The keys Sparkth uses to call your AI provider. |
| Analytics | Usage figures. Shown only if your account has the required permission. |
| Admin | Administrator features, such as managing the email whitelist. Shown only if your account has the required permissions. |
| Documentation | This documentation, in a new browser tab. |
The Dashboard lists the plugins you have turned on that have a page of their own. LMS plugins never appear there: you configure them in Settings and use them through the assistant.
